What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. Otherwise, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime and we can provide an update.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at email@example.com We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to a Nevada address. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to the state of Nevada.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Items purchased from Lúzzo are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return the purchased items must be in new condition with original tags attached. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. We will also not refund any items that are marked as Final Sale. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept exchanges either.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would to return your purchase please submit a Return Request or please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number in the subject line within 15 business days of receiving your product. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email. Once we have received your email and submitted your return request you will receive shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label to return your merchandise. How much does shipping cost in the US?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over 25 USD! If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option (for US customers only).
How fast is your shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over 25 USD. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days. You can upgrade to 3 Day Select or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster. 3 Day Select should arrive in 3 days, but delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on where you are located. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer internationally shipping at a flat rate of $15 USD.
