Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased from Lúzzo are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept exchanges.
Returns & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the following conditions are not meet Lúzzo reserves the right to refuse the return:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused
- Items and Packaging must be returned in original condition
- Brand Tags and Lúzzo tags must be attached in original form
- Must include a copy of the original invoice or sales reciept.
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
All items that are marked final sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that if an item is discounted and has been marked FINAL SALE then the item is ineligible for a return.
How do I exchange or return my stuff?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number in the subject line within 15 business days of receiving your product. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email. Once we have received your email and submitted your return request you will receive shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label to return your merchandise. Once we receive your return, all good will be inspired. Please keep in mind that articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item that is in unsuitable conditions will not be accept for a return and we will have to sen back to you.
How long does it take for a refund to be proceed?
Once we received your return we will refund you immediately. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it is on the way. Please allow 5-10 business day for your bank or card issue to process the refund.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you have made a mistake while placing your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped and you need to change the address, please note there will be a $20.00 fee.
How can I do an exchange?
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to swap sizes or colors please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
What if my order was a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be mailed to you .If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
